Great. I had been hoping that the series would be repeated on the TV, but sadly it wasn't. Now I have the full boxed set and can't believe how good the quality is in both sound and colour vision. Great to see this old classic again after many many years.

The prisoner a great series well worth buying at this price some great eposodes and some not so great, Just ignore the blob and its fun to watch.

This review is for the Network production 7954284 of "The Prisoner" covering all seventeen episodes of the original 1960's series starring the late Patrick McGoohan. My order from Classic Movie Store was delivered promptly and well packaged and I am glad I chose this version and obtained it at a reasonable price. The 6 DVD's in the set are held securely in flip-over leaves in a standard width DVD album - a very neat and concise presentation. The discs themselves do not provide details of which episodes are on them. This information is on the reverse of the slip-in cover and is only visible when removing discs from the box. Although the discs have chapter divisions, there is no indication within the package that these actually exist or what they cover! These shortcomings, as far as I am concerned, are more than compensated by the superb video quality - a restored presentation giving a crisp, clear image with beautiful rich colours.
