How do I order?
Please browse or search for dvd's you would like to buy using the seach box on the upper left of this page. Add the items you wish to buy to your basket by clicking the dark purple 'Add to Basket' buttons on the relevant product pages. Then click 'checkout' in the dark purple Shopping Basket box on the upper left and choose your payment method.
Then there are various ways to order give us a call or click here for payment methods.

To find out all about ordering or the status your orders, please use:
Click My Account at the very top of the page and login if you want to update your order or account details or track your order. This will tell you if your order has been dispatched (you will also be sent a dispatch email when your order is posted, pleae check all junk folders).

Would you like to make a return?
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by ClassicMovieStore.co.uk within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging and still be sealed. Always call us or email us first if you want to return an item. We will guide you through the process. You can also return any damaged items you have recieved for a replacement. Again please contact us in this case.
Where's my order?
If your dvd's are showing in your account as dispatched, and or you have recieved you dispatch email and have waited 15 working days (UK) or 25 working days (rest of world international) please contact us to see what is happening. For further details please check our delivery conditions.
Security and Privacy.
Our website uses the latest secure server certification and we never share any of your information. We also do not have full access to, or store your credit card details. (unlike alot of larger retailers). Please read our Privacy and Security policy.
My dvd's have arrived damaged or are faulty.
If you take delivery of a ClassicMovieStore.co.uk package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange (sometimes we can sent you spare parts, cases, boxes or discs etc). Also if your items are faulty you have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please contact us in these instances for returns details as unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
